Free UK shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders to anywhere in the UK.

International shipping 

We ship internationally! Simply go to our checkout page and choose your country - shipping rates will be provided.

Buyer is responsible for all customs duty or VAT taxes assessed by their country.

 

Returns

Love your scissors or return them

We offer a 30 day trial period to try any eBlade scissors. If you don't love them, return them!

 

Our returns policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Please do not send your purchase back to us if:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

International returns

Your scissors must be returned within the 30 day period and in the same condition that you received them, along with the original packaging.

If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase,  we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange.

To complete your international return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Please do not send your purchase back to us if:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

When returning your item, the buyer is responsible for all customs duty or VAT taxes assessed by the UK for the item to enter the country and returned to us.

  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to the UK.
  • Please mark clearly on customs form "RETURNING FOR REFUND".
  • Return shipping must be 'signed for' and trackable. 
  • The refund will be processed once the item is received by us. 
  • Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive the package for your refund/exchange to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the refund/exchange is processed.

 
Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact us at support@ebladescissors.com


    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective in manufacture or damaged in transit.  If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@ebladescissors.com


    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be informed of your return.


    Shipping

    • You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
    • We strongly advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item!
